What is swACLIpIpAddrMaskState?

ACLMGMT-MIB::swACLIpIpAddrMaskState indicates which IP addresses in a packet are masked for filtering: either source only, destination only, both, or neither. Network engineers set this to focus traffic filtering on specific address types—for example, blocking packets from certain source IPs while allowing them to any destination. A value of 3 (src-ip-addr) means the ACL filters based on source IP address matching, ignoring destination IPs entirely.
