What is dlswRemotePeerEntryStatus?
This read-write EntryStatus object allows a manager to create or delete a row in the remote peer table. Engineers use this to add new remote peers or remove obsolete ones. Setting it to 'createAndWait' adds a new peer entry while keeping it inactive until fully configured.
