What is qosRTPIfApplyRowStatus?
This RowStatus field controls RTP QoS policy activation: active (enabled), createAndGo (create and enable), or destroy (remove). Operators manipulate this to deploy or disable per-interface RTP bandwidth reservations without affecting other traffic classes. Setting to 'active' enables the RTP QoS policy immediately.
