What is h3cMplsOamIgrEnable?
This read-write boolean activates OAM monitoring for a specific LSP at the ingress source. Engineers enable it to start CV/FFD packet generation and health checking. Setting it to 'true' begins monitoring and allows other OAM parameters to be configured.
