Reports the type of defect detected on an MPLS Label Switched Path at the ingress, using an enumerated value. Network engineers monitor this to understand why OAM detected a problem (e.g., signal fail, signal degrade). A value indicating 'signal fail' means the ingress detected a complete loss of keepalive messages from the peer.
