What is h3cMplsOamEgrEnable?
Boolean flag indicating whether OAM monitoring (CV/FFD packets) is active on the egress end of the LSP. When true, the router generates outbound OAM packets and monitors incoming responses; when false, no monitoring occurs. Engineers enable this after completing OAM configuration to activate path health monitoring.
