What is h3cIpxStaticRouteRowStatus?
This OID controls the lifecycle of a static route table entry using standard SNMP row status (create, activate, delete). Managers use it to programmatically add or remove static routes without manual CLI. Setting it to 'createAndGo' creates an active route; setting it to 'destroy' removes it.
