What is h3cDot11ResetAllStcBlkList?
This write-only boolean (returns false on read) removes all entries from the static (manually configured) blacklist. Operators use it to bulk-reset persistent exclusions after policy changes or mass reintegration. Writing 'true' clears permanently blacklisted MAC addresses; read operations return 'false' always.
