What is h3cDot11RadioCacUserNum?
This limit (0-64) caps the maximum concurrent premium-class users allowed on the radio. When active, CAC rejects new voice/video calls exceeding this user count. A value of 30 means the AP blocks additional premium sessions once 30 such users are connected.
