What is h3cDot11RadioCacChlUtlValue?
This percentage (0-100) sets the maximum medium utilization allowed for real-time traffic before new calls are rejected. A value of 80 means the AP admits voice/video until they occupy 80% of airtime. Exceeded traffic triggers Call Admission Control denial for additional premium-class streams.
