How should I configure MySQL DB monitor? Q: How to configure MySQL DB monitor? A: IPNetwork Monitor doesn’t require explicit downloading and installing MySQL client DLL. In the monitor’s “Main Parameters” tab
  • specify SQL request that returns an integer value
  • specify database name
  • enter TCP port value if different from MySQL default, 3306
  • check “Use SSL Connection” and specify a certificate file if you prefer to use SSL connection
  • specify Unix-like credentials to connect to the specified MySQL database
